Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow up to 5-7 days for package to arrive.  All orders will be shipped USPS standard mail. Tracking information will be provided the moment it is available.  Along with link to track status. Ensure text and email are provided to enable this service properly. Please contact carrier for special delivery instructions or contact Luxy Jewelry if problem arises with delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please be patient with of our transportation industry as they are still recovering from pandemic.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery

Refund Policy

Please inspect your item upon receiving it. If not satisfied please call us right away. 706-452-1131. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If tags are removed you void your option to return.

To start a return, you can contact us at luxyjewelry3@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package free of charge. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If over 30 days please give us a call and we will review the situation. Making sure you are satisfied is our number one goal.  And want to work with you best we can. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
No refunds we will exam item once returned and issue store credit once item is received and approved for credit. Please contact us at email or phone.
